After graduating from high school, I decided to train as a physiotherapist. I heard about osteopathy early on and was completely fascinated by what osteopaths can sense, feel, and treat.
I passed my German state examination in February 2015 and subsequently pursued further training in manual lymphatic drainage and complex compression therapy. Shortly afterwards, I completed further training in therapeutic exercise with equipment.
My five-year journey of knowledge began in September 2015.
Unsuspecting, I threw myself into my osteopathy training, unaware of how much it would broaden my horizons, both professionally and personally. I love anatomy, the intricate interplay within our bodies. Everything is perfectly coordinated. The connections between body, mind, and soul are incredibly powerful. Time and again, I felt frustrated and asked myself, "When will I know everything?" NEVER.
Our bodies are like the universe and don't share all of their creative knowledge. But that's precisely what makes it so exciting and never boring. Every body has its own story, its own way of functioning, or not functioning.
I'm like a detective, trying to find out why a function is restricted.
Why isn't this perfect marvel working smoothly? What obstacle can I remove to restore the system's flow and ease of operation?
Physiotherapy tends to focus on symptoms. It is also an excellent treatment for local traumas or injuries, surgeries, and similar conditions. However, if something recurs, or the body has multiple problems, osteopathy is a perfect method for achieving greater therapeutic success.

As a state-certified physiotherapist (Germany), I possess in-depth expertise and have completed three years of training, culminating in an official state examination. This qualification guarantees professional and safe treatments according to the latest scientific standards.
Through my specialized training in manual lymphatic drainage and complex decongestive therapy, I help you reduce swelling, strengthen your immune system, and support your body's natural detoxification processes. This training requires a completed physiotherapy degree or certification as a medical bath attendant/massage therapist (Germany).
